Pop Up Bar!
10 Dollar Shake vs. Hotel Bars
10 Dollar Shake have recently launched their pop-up concession bars specifically for hotel weddings. Designed to set-up next to the hotel bar, the portable cocktail bar can provide your guests with delicious cocktails whilst keeping the hotel management happy by paying a corkage per drink. With fantastic venues such as Norwood Hall and Banff Springs Hotel on board, 10 Dollar Shake's concession bar can add a high-end point-of-difference to your wedding and ease the burden on the hotel staff. 10 Dollar Shake will also liaise with your wedding coordinator taking the hassle out of the organisation.

20 years of Filming

Mark Stuart began the business as a sole trader in 1991, filming weddings and doing corporate video work whilst still working full time as an Electrical Engineer. Due to the volume of work and editing time, Mark gave up his Engineering job in 2003 and went full-time into filming and editing. Mark hasn’t looked back and has, since then, been flat out doing predominantly weddings and a small amount of corporate work. In that period DVD has come along increased the quality and appeal of wedding films and now Blu-ray HD is doing the same. Since going full time he has been fortunate to have won seven national awards and been ranked by the Institute of Videography among the top 5 UK wedding film makers. www.ms-films.co.uk
Bethan Kate Frost

GWD would like to congratulate Nick and Carol Frost on the arrival of their second daughter, Bethan Kate Frost in April.
Well Done Kirstie!
Kirstie Abbey has been awarded her Licentiate by The Master Photographers Association. Following a lot of work to put together a panel of 20 images, it was judged by a group of MPA Fellows and was deemed more than good enough to pass! The Master Photographers Association is the UK's only trade body exclusively for full-time professional wedding, portrait and commercial photographers - all qualified members adhere to a strict code of conduct and each must have undergone a rigorous assessment of their work. Congratulations from all at GWD. www.kirstieabbey.co.uk
